pick the color you want for the outside
pick two colors for the inside pleat

kilts are sewn down knife pleats

kilts are adjustable so a 34 fits 34-37

Measure over your belt loops
NOT YOUR PANTS SIZE
measure your biggest booty dimension (cannot exceed waist plus 8")
....also..if your hips are smaller than your waist kilt will be made with no hip cut.
for length, get on your knees, measure at your side from the top of your pants to the floor
